We hope that you will find our web site helpful. But please don't hesitate to e-mail us if you need more information, if you have questions, or if you're interested in an item you don't see pictured or described on the web site--we may have it available in the store already, or we may be able to obtain it for you. You can also FAX us your order if you prefer. If convenient, you can print your completed order page and FAX the page to 508-528-7101; or simply provide the same information on a plain sheet of paper. Orders sent by FAX can be charged to Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (please be sure to provide the full 16-digit account number, plus the full expiration date on the card and the ZIP code where you receive the credit card statement).
We prepare our own images and compose our own copy for our website, and we do our utmost to present each item clearly and accurately. Please note that computer monitors and other electronic devices may vary in their presentation of color, and this variation is beyond our control. Also dye lots may vary in fabrics, leather, or even other materials, and so colors may be slightly different from one production run to the next.
We do our best to keep the web site up to date, with current items, sizes, colors, and prices. Please note, however, that prices as listed are subject to change without notice; and that styles, sizes, and colors available are subject to change by the manufacturer--our ability to supply the items for you varies accordingly! If you need to check on a particular item before you order, please e-mail us, and we'll do our best to provide the current information.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that your selection is exactly what you wanted! But in case some adjustment is necessary:
Merchandise in new and saleable condition may be returned for refund in kind or for exchange, within 3 weeks of receipt. Please enclose a photocopy of your sales slip and let us know what you would like us to do (if an exchange, please tell us the item, size, and color of the item you would like us to send).
Please try shoes and boots on carpet or rug only -- outsoles and insoles of footwear must be unmarked and unsoiled for return. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox or boot box.
Garments must have all tags attached and intact and must be unworn, unlaundered, and unaltered.
Packaged goods must be returned in their original package.
Items which do not meet our criteria for return may be subject to a restocking fee, or we may decline to accept them for refund or exchange at our option.
Please return merchandise by UPS or by insured parcel post/priority mail to: Alamo Styles, attention: Returns, 430 Franklin Village Drive, Franklin, MA 02038. Please note that the Postal Service's Delivery Confirmation option does not take the place of insurance. UPS automatically insures each parcel up to a value of $100 and offers extra-value insurance options for shipments worth over $100. We cannot assume responsibility for merchandise returned without adequate insurance. Please send returns only to the address designated above. We are not responsible for returned items sent to the wrong address.
We keep our shipping charges as low as possible, and they represent only a portion of our actual shipping, packaging, and handling expenses. As such, they are not refundable when merchandise is returned. However, we do understand that it's difficult to order garments and footwear on line; so we will ship one exchange via Standard service without charging additional shipping.
Returns of merchandise totaling $200 or more will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
We are committed to the proper handling of information. Information you submit in connection with your order will be used only by us at Alamo Styles and will never be sold, exchanged, or made available in any other way to a third party. There is one exception: we do provide your shipping information only, to the appropriate carrier (typically UPS, FedEx, and/or the United States Postal Service) so that your order can be delivered to you!
Your credit card information is protected through the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), an encryption technology which works with the most of the popular web browsers, including Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL. This means that your credit card information is encrypted for safety during transmission.
