These gel cushions are designed to give you extra cushioning at the ball of the foot - just where many people need it the most! You receive 2 pair of gel cushions, in the package as pictured on the right side of the image (we also show 2 pair of gel cushions outside the package for display purposes). One size fits most. Each cushion measures approximately 3-3/4 inches by 2-3/4 inches. The cushions are thin and lightweight to fit in virtually any style of shoe. They are designed with tiny ribs on the underside for maximum shock absorption. Hand washable. These pads really cling together - so be sure to peel them apart when you open the package. Made in USA.
