This beautiful black broomstick skirt makes a great complement to so many of your dance blouses and tops!  The skirt is designed in tiers, with each tier accented by a different color ribbon - royal blue, kelly green, deep pink, turquoise, red, and purple.  Or wear it with a black blouse and let the skirt showcase its colors!  The elastic waist has a functional drawstring and stretches from approximately 30" to approximately 41" - using the drawstring, it can be pulled in to about 28-1/2".  The length of the skirt is approximately 34" measured from the seam at the bottom of the waistband.

The skirt is fashioned with a sewn-in underskirt of black cotton.
