This beautiful skirt features a handkerchief hem and a pretty crochet overlay.  There is a lightweight black underskirt sewn into the waistband.  A great look for dancing, and a lovely special-occasion skirt for off the dance floor as well! 

The one-size elastic waistband stretches from approximately 29-1/2" to approximately 40", and there is a functional drawstring in the waistband as well.  The length of the skirt measured from the seam at the bottom of the waistband is approximately 34" to the bottom of the scalloped points.  The underskirt is approximately 26" long.

100% cotton, imported.  In black only.  Please hand wash in cold water and hang to dry.
